Shipping Information

We will only ship by UPS or US Postal service.

If you wish to use your corporate account and another shipper YOU will arrange all documentation and pickup at our address.

We will not ship FEDEX.

In order to quote a total price and to ship we will need all of the following information:

Postal Code, Country (if not USA)
Residence or Business?
Daytime Telephone Number

Prices listed do not include shipping charges or taxes if delivered in the state of Missouri.

NOTE: If you have not received a quotation from us by email including shipping charges, please DO NOT SEND US ANY FUNDS FOR ANY REASON, they will be returned, deposits, down payments and partial payments are not accepted.

All shipments may include the following charges where applicable: Paypal fees (if international) packaging or crating fees, handling and document preparation fees, insurance. We do our best to keep the cost of parts down, we may quote shipping by one carrier and find at the time of shipment that we can get comparable service with another shipper, we reserve the right to choose

Claims: It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the container has not been damaged and to inspect the contents for damage upon receipt of the shipment, please do not destroy or dispose of the container or packing materials until the condition and completeness of the order is determined. CG Products must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt for a shipping claim to be placed.

All shipments are insured either by the carrier or in the case of US Postal we carry the risk ourselves. In both cases it is up to the customer to determine loss or damage and notify us as soon as possible.

Domestic Orders: ( within the continental USA only )

These orders will ONLY be shipped by UPS or by US Mail Postal Service. We will determine the best carrier on a case by case basis. Certain items are only shippable by UPS due to size constraints. Typically items over $100USD are shipped by UPS.

If you wish to have expedited service (next day air, am or pm delivery, etc) please determine which one you you wish to go with.

Orders picked up, shipped or delivered to destinations within the state of Missouri will be taxed.

If you wish to use your corporate account for third party billing or another carrier, all facilitating, paperwork, arrangements and pickups will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Pickups will be scheduled between the hours of 9am and 5pm Central Time. Please email us to make arrangements.

International Orders: ( all orders outside the continental USA )

All customs, taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipments will be labeled "Aircraft Parts" and documentation will carry the appropriate tariff codes.
